Tier 1. Clear expectations of appropriate behavior, teach appropriate behavior, and reward student for appropriate behavior.
Tier 2. Teach student appropriate behaviors to replace a behavior that is repeatedly inappropriate, determine what environmental factors could play a part in student's behavior and change it, create a behavior support plan.
Tier 3. More detailed behavior analysis, collect data, define behavior, determine function of behavior
