Introducing… a blog for resources to be posted as I begin my career as a Special Education Teacher!
- In 2005, I received an Honorable Discharge from the Army, and when I became a civilian, I had the oppportunity to work with the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis as an Employment Specialist.
- Since then, I have been going to school, achieving my Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, and my Master’s Degree in Education, -Special Education, plus working for nonprofit agencies and school districts assisting people who have disabilities.
- Currently, I am a Paraeducator II...
- I just received my teaching credential in the mail this past summer, planning to teach students who have moderate to severe disabilities... and I will always be a life-long learner!
